The students followed today, on the 16th day, the protest before the Ministry of Education, on Durres Street with calls against the government and the political class in the country.

Without youth there is no Albania, Rama resigns and revolution is some of the slogans they called during the gathering.

In support of the protest, however, several professors have joined in.

Professor Lush Sosa said he will continue to be part of the protests. He said the political class has damaged the country and violated the future of young people.

Sosa also called on students not to retreat in the face of pressures and blackmail, rejecting calls to return to audiences without their demands being met.

I’ll mobilize even if there’s a protest within the protest. These guys have massacred this place, they’ve ripped his heart off, they’re taking his future away, he said.

After staying at the Ministry of Education, the students marched to the prime minister.

Then a part of the students marched along the Elbasan Road and entered the environments of the Economics School, with calls, join us!

They also called for the boycott of instruction by students at the Economic Faculty. After the Economics, young people marched towards the Law Faculty with the call for even students of that faculty to join the protest.

The students further marched through the main streets in Tirana, where they stopped at the Police Directorate as well as near the Black Bird’s siege to return to the Ministry of Education.

Young people in previous protests have rejected the invitation for dialogue with the head of government.
