The American company Meta has introduced a small device equipped with artificial intelligence that can be kept in keys and enabled users to communicate with the virtual assistant without having to use the phone.
The device, called Meta Charm, was introduced by the company’s executive director, Mark Zuckerberg, during the annual Meta Connect event, as part of the company’s efforts to expand the use of artificial intelligence beyond smart phones and glasses.

According to Reuters, the device is similar to the Apple AirPods headphone box, a touch screen about two inches and integrated 5G connections. It was designed to use Meta’s Muse artificial intelligence assistant.
Users can activate the assistant through a fingerprint sensor and communicate with him through voice without having to unlock the phone or open an app. The small screen also shows a digital avatar representing the assistant.
We have involved all the Muse experience, including the real-time sound system and the avatar, in a device that fits into a key holder and is always ready for communication, Zuckerberg said during the presentation, according to Reuters.
The device aims to enable users faster access to artificial intelligence services during daily activities, while Meta is aiming to develop new equipment that can change the way people interact with technology.
According to the company’s announcement reported by the media, Meta Charm is expected to go on sale in December, ahead of the weekend holidays. However, the company has not announced the price of equipment.
