European Union Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos has declared at the Berlin Process Summit, which is being held in Montenegro, that the coming weeks and months will be determining for the European integration process of Western Balkan countries.

She stressed that this period will also be crucial for Albania and Kosovo, isolating for Kosovo the importance of respecting international law and the obligations it has taken over.
