Supreme Court of Bask Justice ( TSJPV has decided that the villa owned by the current Chelsea coach, Xabi Alonso, built on Mount Igeldo in San Sebattian, matches construction parameters defined by regulations.
In a decision the EFE had access to, SJPV supports complaints filed by the San Sebattián City Council and the Tavaro XXI company against the first degree decision on which a San Sebattán court ruled that the license granted to the building was not in line with the Law on Earth and the Bask Place Urban Planning, Marca writes.
This court explained in its initial decision that the villa built at Igeldo should be in line with the license parameters provided for the reconstruction of a peasant house pierced into another part of the city for high-speed train work, with the highest possible respect for the original residence, something that, in its opinion, did not happen in any way in this case, the signal broadcast.
He also pointed out, among other topics, that the roof of the building should have been steep with two, three or four slopes, broadcast the signal, while what was eventually accomplished was flat.
All this is in response to a lawsuit filed by some environmental groups against the Municipal Council for allowing the construction of this house, which they considered illegal and for which they had been demanding since 2022 the collapse of this building, suspension of the work, cancellation of the licenses, and total rehabilitation of the area.
However, the Supreme Court of Justice of Bask now decides, in a new resolution, that the Earth Law does not impose the demand for a specific aspect of the buildings, but only shows that CHA should make sure that new construction types adapt to the traditional architecture of the area, at least in terms of materials used, the composition of the facade and volume of the building.
