At the media conference prior to the long-awaited confrontation, the German technician underlined the danger posed by the opponent, especially in the offensive phase, where the Magrillians have proven great qualities in recent matches.

I hope Real Madrid gets into this very self-confidence game because, after all, it’s a big club, with extraordinary players and also an excellent coach, Flick said.

He stressed that Barcelona must be fully prepared to deal with the individual qualities and the offensive potential of the lifelong rival.

This is my assessment of the opponent. They have fantastic players, with extraordinary technical qualities, especially in the final phase of the attack. In recent matches they showed how strong they are in this regard, Barcelona coach said.

Flick made it clear that the tactical care and proper preparation will be essential elements for his team in this confrontation.

Therefore, we must be careful and well prepared to deal with them. That’s what we need for tomorrow’s match, the German technician finished.

El Classico was expected to be another spectacular confrontation between two Spanish football giants, where Barcelona and Real Madrid aim to prove their strength in one of the world’s greatest football rivalries.
