A surprise search by drug investigators in Gjakova has ended with the sequencing of marijuana and the detention of a young man after alleged narcotics substances were found in his house.
Signal Gazette sources suggest it is up to Sarmand Cufen, about 26 years old, on whose property investigators have conducted control Thursday, October 29th, around 16:40.
The operation has been carried out on the street of Elez Miftari, where the anti-drug unit, after securing the appropriate authorisation, has searched the house and guardian facilities.
During the raid, investigators have found a plastic package with 14.65 grams of suspected marijuana substance, as well as a ions weighing 0.94 grams.
Both have been seized as material evidence, while the Cupa has been escorted to the offices of an anti-drug investigator for interviewing.
But for the new one, the procedures have not ended with the statement being received.
After consulting competent organs, the decision has been made to prevent it for 48 hours, while the case has been initiated for unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue substances.
The seized subjects will undergo further screening procedures, while the case continues to be addressed by competent authorities.
