Veles’ Constitutional Public Prosecutor, acting in a formal case against a person for criminal acts, fraud according to Article 247 and llach, introduced under Article 209 of the Penal Code, has secured orders in several countries, sends out Television Macedonia.

Action is being taken to provide evidence concerning information that the suspect, with the intention of illegal property gain, has deceived some people by falsely offering them Cuban anti-racial évaxia.

During the raid on the location of the suspect’s work in Veles, evidence has been found that will submit to expertise. Electronic devices were also seized as more verifiable action was taken.

The competent public prosecutor carried out investigations of damaged parties and other persons who may have important information on a thorough investigation of the case.

Veles’ Foundation Public Prosecutor also presented a proposal to the court for determining the preliminary measures the definition of travel document and the obligation of the suspect to appear at the tribunal.

The person is currently hospitalised at a medical institution where the decision to determine the measures has been handed over.
