The ISM producer, whose real name is Ishmael Sadiq Montague, filed a lawsuit against Sony at the New York Federal Court on October 16th in connection with the contractual tariffs for Chris Brown’s örty, which include Gucci Mane and Usher.
According to the indictment, the ISM agreed with Chris Brown Entainment to receive a 1.5 per cent share of the fee, but Sony paid an estimated amount at a rate of 0.75 per cent. The company claims it noticed the mistake in July during the documentation review, and Sony warned it of it in August.

In June, ISM sold tariff rights to the company Xposure Music Holdings, so Sony had to send payments to her as of September 1st. According to the indictment, Sony failed to implement the change for six weeks.
The producer also claims that Sony asked him to sign a form that gave up the right to audit their business, presenting it as a fixed rule, even though there was a form without that provision. He also claims that Sony initially claimed that the accounting of his share did not exist, then acknowledged that he had accomplished it.
The signed document contains no declarations of drop claims, relinquishing rights or confirmation of the status of any accounts, said in the indictment.
The ISM wants $1,247,500 (,113,718 euros), punitive penalties and all unpaid funds. Chris Brown is not covered by lawsuit. /Telegraphy/
