According to the North Mitrovica Regional Police Directorate, the operation is under a court ordinance.

In this action, Kosovo Police are co-operating with Kosovo Customs, the Kosovo Tax Administration and other relevant institutions.

Police have announced that further details concerning the operation will be published during the day.
