A person has been arrested in French on October 22nd under a police operation in Pristina, under suspicion of guilt and obligation. According to police, the suspect was detained at the moment he was accepting money from the victim as an interest in the indictment.
The operation has been carried out by officials from the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Dead Crimes, in co-operation with the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina.
According to the joint announcement of Police and Prosecutors, the suspect, with the initial L. K., allegedly for a continuous period, has pressured the victim to take interest in the file’s activity.
He is also suspected of forcing the victim to act at the expense of his wealth, causing considerable material damage.
In co-ordination with the prosecutor of the case, further procedural and legal actions are continuing against suspects.
