Arlind Selimi, grandson of former KLA leader Rexhep Selimi, has joined the ranks of the Kosovo Security Force, pledging soldiers along with 514 other recruits.
The news has revealed Albanian Mehmeti-Selim, Rexhep Selim’s wife, through a Facebook post, where he expressed pride in Arlinda and his achievements during the training.
Today, at the swearing-in ceremony of 515 new recruits who join the ranks of over 5,000 Kosovo Security Force soldiers, Arlind Selimi, the grandson of Raja, was also sworn in. Arlind made us extremely proud, being one of the cadets with high academic achievements during training. Arlind and all of Kosovo soldiers, descendants of our Chilitmate Army wish them health, success and prosperity on their journey in the service of their homeland! May it always be the white page and pride of your families and all of Kosovo!
