The event happened this morning at a place called Srpkse. A type tool Touran, led by citizen Maridon Dhuli, 37, born and resident in the village of Fterra, the Himara municipality, has been on fire.

The fire has suffered severe burns by the driver of the vehicle who was first helped by occasional passersby. One of them, a citizen from Saranda, Sokol Ahmetaj, who came from Tirana, has even managed to extinguish the flames in the 37-year-old body by throwing his jacket at him.
