In the trial of four indictees for the kidnapping of Ilirian Sekiraqa in the village of Obrance, a witness has described the moment he was being passed from one car to another, bloody and resisting.
In this case, Meriton Krasniqi, Arben Hoxha, Sara Dobradqi and Blaona Beqiri are charged with criminal acts, according to Article 191, paragraph 2, points 2.2 and 2.3 of the Penal Code.
The trial hearing was opened by Judge Gent Beka. During it, the judge has concluded that he has issued a warrant for verification of the Sekiraq, which in the case also has the quality of the witness and to whom there is active arrest warrant.
Meanwhile, the Basic Prosecutor in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has stated that it has provided sufficient evidence, which, according to it, will prove that the accused committed the criminal work they were charged with.
The prosecution has proposed to the court to pass on to the evidence management.
