The signal newspaper has learned the identity of the suspected person in connection with the heavy attack that took place Sunday on the Elevator’s river road in Pristina, where a 40-year-old man was hit by a vehicle, dragged down and then beaten by several people.
Signal sources suggest that it is Arlind Tullar 38 years old, whom police are seeking for interview on the 25 October 2026 event.
According to initial information, during the clash a man who led a black Mercedes GLE allegedly hit Ramiz Ali by vehicle and dragged him to another location, where the victim was then physically assaulted by some.
Aliu has suffered serious injuries and has been sent for treatment at KKUK, where doctors say he is out of danger for life.
Under the investigation, police have gone to Tullar’s residence address, but have not found it. He was given an invitation to appear at the police station.
Investigations into criminal acts, attempted murder and beating, have been initiated.
Police are working to clarify the circumstances of the event and determine the responsibility of each person involved.
