The first meeting in St. Stefan in Montenegro in the margin of the Berlin Process Summit, I had with European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos. With fully functional institutions Kosovo will speed up reforms. Last week, we passed the latest SEPA integration law, which will spare citizens, businesses and diaspora around 58m euros a year, while negotiations for Role like at HomeDo to join the area without additional fees begin. Our democratic progress, commitment to common values and line up with the EU Joint Foreign and Security Policy should be reflected in concrete steps. It is important and necessary, the Commission’s active support for candidate status and the opening of membership negotiations. In the Berlin Process, Kosovo has ratified all the agreements, including the one for recognition of diplomas, which should be implemented by all, including our northern neighbour, Serbia, has written Kurti, respectively.

He has stressed that Kosovo’s democratic progress and approach to EU policies should be accompanied by concrete steps towards European integration. Kurti has also demanded that agreements reached within the Berlin Process be implemented by all sides, including Serbia.
