The Law to the Bureau for Verification and Confiscating Unjustified Riches was twice sent to the Constitutional Court after it passed to the Assembly of Our Republic. First in February 2023, the second in December 2024.

Today, he went to the second reading in the Parliament once again, thanking the MPs for voting the law. We were delayed for more than three and a half years, but they will not stop us from our right and long – awaited goal of having riches in our Republic be fair, clean, and in accordance with the revenues, Kurti wrote.
