Democratic League of Kosovo MP ( The LDK, Avdullah Hoti, has indicated that along with 14 deputies from opposition parliamentary groups, they have submitted a request to Kosovo President over the decree of the Nrbajaj Union at the Kosovo Central Bank Board ( BQK).
Through a Facebook post, Hoti has stressed that the president is now expected to act in accordance with its constitutional competencies and responsibilities.
Now it remains that the president maintains its constitutional competencies and acts in accordance with the responsibility given to the Constitution, Hoti wrote.
He has stressed that the independence of institutions and the respect of constitutional procedures should be above any other interest.
Hoti has not provided further details concerning the content of the request, while it remains to be seen how the president will act in terms of the Norbojan decree issue on the BEC Board.
