Long-awaited Grand Theft Auto V video I ( GTA 6) may require about 210 GB space in the PlayStation 5, according to data published by the PlayStation Game Sise account, which conveys the information about the games on this platform.
It is still not clear whether this figure refers to the size of the game itself or the total space needed for its installation. However, if confirmed, GTA 6 will be one of the most demanding games in the new generation’s cozoles.
By comparison, Red Dead Redemption 2 required 149 GB free space for installation at PlayStation 4. That means GTA 6 could require 61 GB more.
The reported size would also constitute a considerable share of the used space in Xbox Series S, which from 512 GB total memory offers about 362 GB to watch games and data.
According to reports, the need for space may increase even more if the game receives an update on publication day. This means that players may have to clear space on their condoms before installing the game.
Meanwhile, according to PlayStation Game Sise, the GTA 6 preliminary dismissal is expected to begin on November 12th, while its publication is scheduled for November 19th 2026.
