Changing careers or entering a field like Data Science may seem difficult, especially for those who feel that they have not started the right time.

On this subject, Arben Kryeziu from the Makerspace Innovation Center in Prizren, in the podcastin Bity for the Labour Market, in a conversation with moderra Xhema Trosupa.

Asked what he would say to those who hesitate to enter technology or think it’s too late to change professional direction, Kryeziu stressed the ongoing lesson.

What I had said to all the young people is to keep learning to convey new trends, because technology is especially changing very quickly. You have to be in the flow with what’s going on around you and always asked me to learn and move on to my career, Kryeziu said.

In a changing job market, the message is simple: It matters not only where you start your career but also how willing you are to learn, adapt, and walk with new developments.
