A person has been arrested Thursday in Pristina, under suspicion of involvement in criminal acts of conviction and obligation.

According to the joint announcement of the Kosovo Police and the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the suspect with the initial L. K. He was arrested in the falgarchy, the moment he was accepting money from the victim in the name of a plea interest.

According to police, the suspect allegedly repeatedly pressured the victim to take interest in the file, forcing him to act at the expense of his property. As a result, the victim is suspected of having suffered considerable material damage.

The operation was conducted on 22 October, by officials from the Directorate for Investigation of Organised Crime and Randa Crime, in co-operation with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina.

Police have indicated that, in co-ordination with the prosecution, other procedural and legal actions against the suspects are continuing.
