The Trump administration requires blocking election results in Alaska & #82/11; points to reason

President Donald Trump’s administration addressed the court, demanding that the mid-term results of the Senate’s mandate in Alaska not be certified, in case the republican candidate loses, claiming that there is a compromise because of the name of another candidate.

The indictment was filed with the federal court in Anchorage and it says Alaska will not meet its obligation to protect the integrity of the elections if it certificates any election results manipulated due to involvement in Daniel J. Sullivan, an independent candidate with the same name as Republican Senator Dan S. Sullivan, who intends to be re-elected.

Daniel J. Sullivan, a former US Forest Service employee and elementary school teacher, presented his candidacy on May 29th, declaring his intention to take the place of Dan S. Sullivan and to put Allaska first, according to his website.

Don Sullivan is running against Dan Sullivan for the U.S. Senate seat, it says.

In an interview, Dan J. Sullivan denies that his aim was to cause confusion or to vote by Dan S. Sullivan. /Telegraphy/
